摘 要
新型组合式选粉机从功能上兼具粗粉分离器和选粉机性能,变系统气、料两路走为一路走,实现了简化系统的目的。本设计在机体的分级结构中将涡流分级、惯性分级、离心分级原理学科学地组合在一起,物料在选粉机内不同部位经过了几次不同方式的反复分选、清洗、分离彻底,且从结构上消除了风速梯度,保证了分选区气流场稳定,因而可以达到较高的选粉效率。其自带一组低阻高效旋风收尘器,可将80%的合格成品收集下来,大大减轻了下一级收尘器的处理压力和工作负荷,使系统的运转率更高,投资更省。而且采用下部进风的型式,使系统阻力更小,工艺布置更紧凑。 [版权所有:http://think58.com]

Abstract
New Combined Separator has Thick Powder Separator simultaneously with Separator performance, changing systematic gas and material from two road into one, and have realized easier systematic purpose. 自1885年英国人Mumford和Moody发明选粉机以来,至今已经历经了几次重大的变革,虽然最初的离心式选粉机经过多次的改进而仍在大量使用,但还是无法消除其存在的三个根本性缺点:
A. 循环气流中粉尘多,使选粉区内物料的实际浓度大,降低了系统的沉降率;
B. 选粉区内存在较大的风速梯度,使分离粒经不均,粗颗粒会被高速风带出;
