摘要
随着风力发电在我国的大力发展,风力发电机组的设计和开发取得了非常丰硕的成果。目前我国已基本上掌握了兆瓦级以下的风力发电技术,兆瓦级以上等大型风力发电机组还处于研发阶段。随着风力机组的大型化,其关键零部件的设计要求越来越高。塔架是风力发电机组的重要支撑部件,其结构的静动态特性、疲劳损伤以及其螺栓法兰连接强度对风力发电机组的工作寿命影响很大。为了保证风力发电机组安全、平稳和可靠的运行,设计出结构合理和性能稳定的塔架意义重大。
本论文是配合风机塔架设计的同学用proe进行建模并绘制相关的cad图纸。论文主要工作有:
(1)、上段、中段和下段塔架的各段塔筒建模。
(2)、上段、中段和下段塔架的法兰建模。
(3)、连接塔架用紧固件建模。
(4)、绘制建模总装配图。

Abstract
With the development of wind power in our country, the design and development of wind turbines have made great achievement. At present, China has basically mastered the megawatt level wind power generation technology, but large-scale wind turbine which is above the MW level is still in development stage. With the development of large-scale wind turbine, the designs of the key parts require higher demand. The tower is an important support part of the wind turbine, so the static and dynamic characteristics, the fatigue damage of the structure and the bolted flanged connection strength of the wind turbine have a great impact on the working life of wind turbine. In order to guarantee the operation of wind turbine smoothly reliably and safely,design a rational structure and stable performance of the tower is great significance.
This paper which is using pro/e modeling and CAD drawing is combined with the wind turbine tower design of other student.
The main works in this paper are:
(1) the modeling of the upper, middle and lower segment of the tower.
(2) the modeling of the tower flange.
(3) the modeling of fasteners used to Connect the tower.
(4)getting together the model.
