超声电机定子压电陶瓷环的极化装置设计
摘要:压电陶瓷环是超声电机的关键部件,其极化的性能对于超声电机性能有重要影响。为了充分挖掘压电陶瓷环的压电性能,并适应于高性能超声电机压电陶瓷环极化的需要本文研制一个压电陶瓷极化装置。
完成了以下工作:
1. 简述了压电陶瓷技术的发展及制作工艺,阐析了压电陶瓷的压电特点。
2. 介绍了压电陶瓷极化工艺的研究现状,分析了极化条件的选择,并根据极
要求提出了极化装置的设计方案。
3. 研制了一个温度测控系统,控制极化槽温度。该温度测控系统的测温、控温精度高,操作方便。可通过键盘,显示电路设定目标温度,控制参数,运行等。
4. 编写了温度测控程序.

The Design Of Polarization Device For Ultrasonic Motor Piezoelectric Ceramic Ring

Abstract: The piezoelectric ceramics is one of the key components of a ultrasonic motor, improving its performance is a meaningful thing for improving the performance of ultrasonic motor. In order to get the better piezoelectric performance of piezoelectric ceramics, it’s necessary to develop a polarizing unit with good function for adapting to this the need. The following are the chief research achievements and work of this paper:
1. The development, application and manufacture method of piezoelectric ceramics are simply introduced, and the piezoelectric effect and parameters are systematically introduced. The principle of ultrasonic motor is introduced.
2. Several polarizing methods and their principles are introduced, and the polarizing conditions are analyzed. The author brought out the design scheme of a polarizing unit.
3. The paper developed a temperature controller to control the temperature of polarizing slot. This temperature controller could test and control temperature precisely, and could be operated easily. The temperature and control parameters could be set and displayed.
4. Prepare the programe of temperature control
