摘要: 本文中主要研究硬车削过程的振动监测及其工艺。通过建立一套基于虚拟仪器的信号采集系统,采集工具钢干切削过程中由各种电压传感器传来的振动监测信号。调用MATLAB中的小波工具箱,采用db3小波基,提取低频分量和对所采集的数据进行分解处理。提取能够反映加工过程特征的规律。
对振动信号进行小波变换并重构后,得出各个工况的曲线图.运用Matlab中的hold on命令,把所有的工况图画在一起,发现曲线有些复杂,混淆不清。通过采用软硬工具钢、工具钢外圆和端面工况分别用四个坐标来画曲线图的方法,解决了以上问题。
通过分析四张数据曲线图的规律,发现随着切削速度增高,振动电压呈上升趋势且变动幅度较小,即随着切削速度的提高,高速加工比较稳定。 [资料来源:http://think58.com]

Abstract: Research in this article primarily the hard turning process and the process of vibration monitoring. Through the establishment of a virtual instrument based on the signal acquisition system, acquisition tool steel dry cutting process came from a variety of voltage sensor to monitor the vibration signals. Called the wavelet toolbox in MATLAB, using db3 wavelet, low-frequency component and extracting the data collected to deal with decomposition. Vibration signals of wavelet transform and reconstruction。
Extraction process to reflect the characteristics of the law. Condition of all drawn curve. The use of Matlab in the hold on command, the working condition of all the pictures together and found that some of the complexity curve is confused. Through the use of soft and hard tool steel, tool steel outer case and end coordinates, respectively, with four paintings curve method to solve the above problems.
Through the analysis of four data curves of the law ,we found that with increased cutting speed, vibration and voltage changes in the upward trend lesser extent, that is, with the increase in cutting speed, high-speed processing is relatively stable.
