摘 要
煤矿企业要实现安全生产,就必须重视通风系统的重要作用。通风系统中最为重要的设备就是风机,大多数时候,通风系统的主通风机会连续工作,通常会存在一定的安全隐患,一旦主通风机出现故障,矿井的生产就会受到很大影响,严重时会出现安全事故,危及工作人员的生命安全。为了实现矿井的安全生产,为了提高生产效率,就要大力推进煤矿设备的自动化,而实时监测监控矿井主扇风机的运行参数正式煤矿设备自动化的一项重要内容。
本文以聚隆矿业公司为例,进行了实地调查,对聚隆矿的矿井通风设备运作现状进行了分析,找出现实存在的问题,确定了监控系统的待测参数以及参数的测量方法,本文的矿井主扇风机自动监控系统是基于型号西门子 S7-300 PLC 进行研究的。为了对矿井通风机的性能和状态以及电机的电气参数进行实时监测,需要检测风机系的各种传感器和现场的矿井主通风机参数,利用互联网进行异地遥控。
本系统的声光信号报警、数据处理以及图表生成等工作都是由上位机通过工业计算机控制完成的,组态和编程工作采用Siemens 公司的 STEP7 完成;人机界面程序的编写用 WinCC ;上位机与下位机的通讯则依靠MPI 通信协议来处理。 [资料来源:http://THINK58.com]
采用本系统后,通风机性能测定变得更为简便和容易,故障的报警也更准确及时,方便安全管理人员及早找出隐患,在线监测监控匡进主扇风机的能力大大提升,煤矿的自动化程度更高,风机运行更为稳定可靠,极大地保障了煤矿生产的安全。

Abstract
The ventilation system of coal mine safety production in coal mine is to ensure that the important part, The fan is the main equipment of the ventilation system, however, due to long-term continuous working of the fan, kinds of hidden failures and risks will appear in the working course of coal mine fans, these failures and risks will lead to serious threat to safety of coal mine production. so it not only can greatly improve the level of automation in mining production, but also a mine safe production for real-time monitoring and controlling its running status.
This paper is based on the actual situation of the coal mine production and aims at the existing problems. It determines the measuring parameters and measurement methods of the monitoring and control system. This paper use models Siemens S7-300 PLC design mine main fan automatic monitoring and controlling system. The system through testing the fan department of various sensors and field of mine main fan parameters measurement method, the paper realize mine ventilator performance and state and motor electric parameters monitor, and can through communication system to achieve remote control.
