JD-5.5调度绞车的设计
摘要:本文根据目前研究领域不断向小型化,智能化,实用而经济化方面发展。所以,本次设计追随现代的潮流,把调度绞车的减速部分利用其卷筒的内部空间尺寸,把这减速装置装在卷筒的内部。
其减速的过程如下:由电动机通过联轴器直接去带动输入轴,使其转动。从而使得与输入轴配合的太阳轮的转动来带动三个行星轮的转动。其次,由于在行星轮的里面装有轴承,而行星架又与装在行星轮内的轴承有过盈配合。由于行星轮会发生自转与公转,通过行星轮的自转与公转来带动行星架,这样装在行星架上的小轮自然也会转动。由于整个传动比过大,而NGW型中的2Z-X(A)传动比又没这么大,因此,还需一级普通的齿轮传动。小轮通过过渡轮与装在卷筒上的大内轮来带动大内轮转动,从而带动卷筒的滚动,而制动装置是为了随时制动卷筒的转动。
本设计还利用了solidworks软件来辅助设计,此软件有一个很大的优点是:能检查出在运动过程中,零件中是否有碰撞等,这样就避免了生产出的零件不符合实际等问题。

Abstract: The research field of the foundation of this text is to miniaturization constantly, intelligent, practical and economy respect is developed at present. Therefore, the design follows the modern trend of the slowdown in the scheduling part of the winch drum to use its internal space dimensions, this deceleration device mounted on the internal reel.
Its course moderated is as follows: it is inputed axle to drive by motor ,making it rotate to go directly through shaft coupling. Make with inputting sun wheel that axle cooperating drive three planetary turning of ship to come to rotate. Secondly, because in equip with bearing ,and with load with bearing in planetary ship full of cooperating planetary shelf inside planetary wheel. Because planetary wheel will take place rotation and revolve round the sun, drive the planetary shelf through planetary rotation and revolution of ship, the steamboat mounted on planetary shelf will be rotated too naturally like this. Because whole transmission than too big, 2Z-X (A ) transmission of NGW type than so heavy, so, the gear wheel transmission that still needed to be first class to be ordinary. Steamboat drive the big interior wheel to rotate through the ferryboat and big interior wheel mounted on reel, thus drive the rolling of the reel , and apply the brake the device is the turning of the reel for applying the brake at any time.

Whether it designed to assist to make use of solidworks software, also to design originally. This software have one heavy advantage: check and offer in the course of sport , collide etc. In the part, such questions as the part avoiding being produced like this does not correspond to reality .
