摘要
本次设计的题目是高固有特性人字形齿轮的设计,人字齿轮,是一种圆柱齿轮,在某一部分齿宽上为右旋齿,而在另一部分齿宽上为左旋齿。人字齿轮具有承载能力高、传动平稳和轴向载荷小等优点,在重型机械的传动系统中有广泛的应用。人字齿轮需要将两侧分体制造,然后组合在一起;或虽将两侧做成一体,但在两侧有效齿面之间留下必要的越程槽;或者采用插齿加工方法,但也需要将两侧齿面断开。
本文研究了人字齿轮的渐开线和过渡曲线方程,并且利用有限元对人字齿轮无齿模型进行了模态分析,从而得到了人字齿轮的振型和固有频率,最后讨论了腹板厚度和轮缘厚度对人字齿轮结构固有特性的影响,为后续的涉及到人字齿轮的选型计算和传动装置的设计提供了参考。

ABSTRACT
This design topic is the high inherent characteristics of herringbone gear design, herringbone gear, is a cylindrical gear, in a part of the tooth width for the right-hand teeth, and in another part of the tooth width for left-hand teeth. Herringbone gear has the bearing the advantages of high capacity, stable transmission and axial load small, in the transmission system of heavy machinery is widely used. Herringbone gear need will be on both sides of the split manufacture and then grouped together; or, although the two sides are made into a whole, but between the sides of the effective tooth surface leave necessary overtravel groove; or used in gear processing method, but also need to disconnect the two sides of the tooth surface.
Is studied in this paper herringbone gear with involute and transition curve equation, and the use of finite element of herringbone gear without tooth model of the modal analysis is carried out, so as to obtain the herringbone gear vibration mode and natural frequency, finally, we discussed the influence of the thickness of web and flange structure of herringbone gear solid character, for subsequent involves herringbone gear selection, calculation and transmission device is designed to provide the reference.
