摘 要
电水壶过滤强,功能全,人性化,智能化等特点深受消费者的青睐,但电水壶本身存在问题需要解决。针对电水壶的缺陷,基于传统电水壶与现代电水壶的优劣势对比,对电水壶机构的不合理性进行改进与创新。
1.    变更传统电水壶材料的单一性,根据设计要求对各个部位材料进行设计。电水壶大机构可以彩用不锈钢,壶把手可以采用陶瓷进行装饰,由于底盘采用自动收纳装置,电原线自动回位时有一定的弹力,为了防止电水壶底盘转动,上下两个底盘应该采用陶瓷材料,增加底盘重量。
2.    创新提出新的收纳方式,可伸缩式电源线,实现收线自动化既减少人工收线所需要的时间,又保护了电源线,还又有效避免暴露在外的电源线绊倒人。传统电水壶电源线长度为80cm过短,新型电源线收纳结构消费者可以根据自己的需要拉伸网线的长度,不在局限于电水壶必须在电源开关旁边。
3.    解决电水壶传统开盖,需要一只手提壶一只手开壶盖,传统壶盖太大在烧水时蒸汽容易烫伤人,采取扭簧滑块连接开关结构实现开关自动打开。 [资料来源:http://think58.com]
4.    其次在开关的设计上,开关集成化,创新的在壶把首上设计来3个开关。将人们日常生活着中最基本的烧水需求保留删减复杂的开关设计,整合其他电水壶的优点,新型电水壶设计简单大方,实用与多功能相结合,操作简单明了,方便用户使用。
与传统电水壶相比,新型壶盖大小适中,即方便壶盖打开又防止水壶壶盖上的水珠烫伤消费者。新的开关构造与传统电水壶开关分散不实用相比,即美观又实用。此外还增加了自动收纳电源线装置,既可以自动调节电源线长度又可以节省时间与人力。

Abstract
