摘 要
异步电机具有稳定性好、结构简单、成本较低等优点,一直是现代工业社会的重要组成成分。随着社会、科技的不断发展,同时现代社会突出的环境问题,例如:全球气候变暖和资源短缺,这将节能减排这一理念植入到异步电机的运行要求当中。这需要更高要求的异步电机控制方法,对于异步电机控制的要求在近几十年间不断在提高,同时对异步电机控制的研究也成为当下研究热点。交流调速在近几十年间的发展十分迅猛,它从最开始的电压频率比控制,即保持电压和频率的比不变,到矢量控制,再到直接转矩控制,对交流电机的控制效果越来越优秀。但是这些控制系统都有一个前提:那就是精确的获取异步电机的转子磁链。换句话说,准确的得到异步电机转子磁链的数值是实现异步电机变频调速技术的关键前提,异步电机的磁链观测器是目前最常用的获取磁链的方法之一。
目前,在实际的科研当中,这两种磁链观测器用得最多:异步电机电压模型磁链观测器和电流模型磁链观测器,它们都利用了电机模型中最基础的物理量,如电压、电流,再根据从电机模型推导出的数学模型进行磁链观测。本文的主要研究内容为电压模型磁链观测器:首先,明白电机模型,根据电机模型建立定子磁链数学模型,最然后利用仿真软件完成电压模型磁链器的结构搭建以及在不同参数下的结果。最后分析得到的数据并分析异步电机电压模型磁链观测器适用的转速范围并了解改善其不适用与低速环境的解决办法。

Analysis and design of flux observer for voltage model of asynchronous motor
Abstract
The characteristic like excellent stability, readable construction and low price are all the advantages of Asynchronous motor. Asynchronous motor has always been one of significant elements of modern industrial society. With the continuous development of society and technology, as well as the serious environment problems like Global warming and shortage of resources, which made energy conservation and emission reduction become a main idea of the run of motors. Running motors environmentally-friendly need a smarter control method, so the requirement to its control methods is stricter and stricter. Meanwhile, the study on asynchronous motor’s control strategy has become a topic that is discussed more and more. The control method of asynchronous motor developed very fast in the past few decades. It initially began at the voltage-frequency ratio control, which keeps the ratio between voltage and frequency, then it turns to vector control and direct torque control, the control effect of AC speed regulation is getting better and better. But these control systems are highly dependent on accurate estimation of rotor flux of the asynchronous motor. In other word, the key to achieve the variable frequency speed regulation of asynchronous motor is to obtain the accurate value of the rotor flux. The flux observer is the most common method to obtain the flux.

At present, these two flux observers are used with a high frequency in actual applications: voltage model flux observer and current model flux observer. These two methods take advantage of basic physical parameters in the motor model, such as voltage and current, and then observe the flux according to the mathematical model which is derived from the motor model. The main research content is the voltage model flux observer. First, understand the motor model , establish the mathematical model according to the motor model, and then use the simulation software to complete the structure of voltage model flux observer and the results under different parameters. Finally, the data obtained and the applicable speed range of the observer is analyzed, which can be used to analyze some methods to improve its effect under low-speed situation.
