Abstract: It designs to be one soft to start control system motor originally, systematic hardware is it utilize multi-functional characteristic arrival in motor of frequency converter control to design, make the voltage of starting of the large capacity motor rise from a certain base value progressively , by reducing starting the electric current of the motor , thus protect the electrical machinery and peripheral power consuming equipment. In the course of the starting of large-and-middle-scale motor , there will often be very large impact electric current, pollution electric wire netting, damage the electrical machinery winding. To this, is it analyse and research to large-and-middle-scale asynchronous electrical machinery impact electric current problem and way started to step down all kinds of while starting to need. Is it start device soft principle , function and characteristic of starter to draw , and put forward and improve the suggestion and view to the question that start and present softly, control the function and popularize and play and probe into function in perfecting the soft starter.
