摘    要
本文对旱地立式驱动耙的整体结构和工作原理及旋刀运动轨迹进行分析，并对主要的结构参数和工作参数与旋刀平均工作阻力及每个刀盘功耗之间的关系进行了分析。
在满足农业机械设计要求和机组配套挂接的要求下，给出了三套结构设计方案，结合结果分析，拟确定了一套具有较强实用性和经济性的结构设计方案。

结构设计要求
本课题目的是设计满足农艺要求的高效率低能耗的旱地立式驱动耙。
其设计要求如下：
（1）耕深
设计耙深为h=15cm,调节范围10～18cm，耙深一致；
（2）碎土程度
沿地块对角线选择具有代表性的5个测点(每点面积为1m2)，若测点耕层内有直径5cm以上的土块超过5个时，即为碎土不良；
（3） 尽量降低整机生产的成本，提高工作效率
其结构要求如下：
（1） 符合FS－275的悬挂机构的几何尺寸要求：
（2） 符合FS－275拖拉机工作参数和功率输出轴的相关参数要求。
