摘 要
本文首先对交通影响评价的含义、内容、研究目的进行了简介。同时介绍了国内外交通影响评价的发展过程，并对商业设施交通影响评价的独特属性进行简要阐述。其次，介绍了中国推广窄马路、密路网、开放街区的政策背景，通过一些国外应用开放街区模式城市的案例总结了应用开放街区的优点。然后，说明了在我国推广开放街区模式中存在的问题。案例方面，本文选取了江苏省南京市湖南路商业街区作为研究对象。首先采集研究对象的基础数据，包括一系列道路和交叉口的信息。接着采用建设项目交通影响评价流程，对其进行了系统的商业项目交通影响评价，评价指标包括路段交通影响度、公共交通系统、项目交通组织指标等、停车需求分析等。最后，着重对湖南路商业街区的慢行交通进行了分析，提出了十项慢行交通指标并建立了一套评价体系，对研究对象进行了评分。

Traffic Impact Analysis of Commercial Project Based on Open Block Model
Abstract
    First of all,This paper introduces the meaning,content and research purpose of Traffic Impact Analysis.At the same time, the development process of traffic impact analysis at home and abroad is introduced, and the characteristic of traffic impact analysis of commercial project are briefly described.Secondly, it introduces the policy background of China's promotion of narrow roads, dense road networks, open block model, and summarizes the advantages of using open block model through the use of some cases of abroad cities.Then, it shows the problems in the promotion of open block mode in our country.In aspect of case studies,this paper chooses the commercial street of Hunan Road in Nanjing as a research object.Firstly，I collect the basic data of the study object, including a series of road and intersection information.And then use the construction project traffic impact analysis process, carried out a systematic commercial project traffic impact assessment.Evaluation indicators include road traffic impact, public transport system, project traffic organization indicators, parking demand analysis and so on.Finally, the paper focuses on the analysis of the slow traffic in the commercial district of Hunan Road, and puts forward ten sets of slow traffic indicators and establishes a set of evaluation system, and scores the research object.
