营运驾驶员安全管理体系研究

营运驾驶员安全管理体系研究(论文16000字)
摘  要
随着公共交通的不断发展，客运汽车已经成为人们长途出行的主要方式，同时，其暴露出来的安全问题也逐渐引起了人们的重视。为了解决这些问题，必须从驾驶员自身入手，首先解决好他们自身的安全问题，才能保证乘客的安全。我国对于营运驾驶员的管理体系还不是很完善，因此，还需要简历相对完善的体系。
本文首先分析我国目前国内重特大交通事故所带来的隐患，对比国内外有关营运驾驶员安全管理的体系从驾驶员的行为特征入手，首先提出营运驾驶员的健康管理体系。其次，从驾驶员和营运管理者两个方面提出有关健康的安全管理体系的构建。最后提出一些其他方面的体系的完善办法。

This article first analyzes the current domestic major workplace accidents caused by the hidden trouble, and contrast about the operation of the driver's safety management system both at home and abroad from the driver's behavior characteristic, this paper first puts forward business pilot health management system. Secondly, from the drivers and operating management two aspects concerning the construction of health and safety management system. Finally put forward the perfect way to some other aspects of the system.
