武汉市共享单车发展模式研究(任务书,开题报告,论文20000字)
摘  要
武汉市作为几大共享单车品牌的重要竞争城市之一，现在同时拥有市政府主导的共享单车和市场与主导的共享单车两种模式，它们互相竞争，互相补足，形成了当今的共享单车市场环境。
本文运用文献查阅法，数据分析法、个案分析法等方法，对共享单车运营模式进行总结，利用网上的大数据报告分析武汉市共享单车的现状进行分析，比较各公司共享单车的运营和产品的优缺点，市民的满意度，使用情况，建议和意见。研究发现共享单车作为一个新事物，正在快速地野蛮增长，因此它无论是运营模式，管理模式，产品本身都有很大的优化空间和必要。调查发现共享单车遵循潮汐交通原理，空闲车辆分布与需求存在一定差异。目前武汉市有关共享单车的全市统一的制度规范还没有出台和落实，仅由区交管城管部门和物业自行制定管理规则。研究对于武汉市现有共享单车专用设施的实地调研，发现现有共享单车专用设施有许多不足：在安全方面，单车专用道上的障违建碍物没有清理、专车道过窄、路面不平整；在推广力度方面，没有公示专用车道和专用停车点具体位置。在设计方面，没有考虑到周围环境的影响；在实际使用效果方面，实际使用的人数并不是很多。在分析以上问题的基础上，本文通过理论的查阅总结和实际设施的走访，得出自己对于武汉市共享单车模式的改进意见。希望本文可以对完善武汉市共享单车系统有所帮助。 [资料来源：www.THINK58.com]

Abstract
As one of most important cities that many famous bike sharing company compete,now Wuhan has two models of sharing bike ,public one and private one,they compete and complement each other,creating today's shared bicycle market environment.
In this paper, the method of literature review, data analysis, case analysis and other methods are used.I summarize the operation mode of the shared bicycle,analysising the present situation of bike sharing system with big data report online,comparing the advantages and disadvantages,public satisfaction, usage, suggestions and comments of different bike sharing company.I find that bike sharing is a growing rapidly and wildly, so there is a lot of room for optimization of their business model, management model and the product itself and it is necessary. By my survey,I found that shared bicycles follow the principle of tidal transport, and there is some difference between the distribution and demand of spare vehicles.Now there is no uniform rules for sharing bike citywide,it is only created by urban management department and traffic managment department.The research of shared bike only facility of Wuhan is first conducted, finding there are a lot of shortage: in terms of safety:The barrier on the bicycle sharing only lane is not cleaned up, the road is narrow and the road surface is uneven;in terms of spreading:there are no notice to show where the bicycle sharing only facility is ;in terms of designing :it doesn’t taking into account the influence of the environment;in terms of useage;few user use the facility.This paper put forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement.By combining theory and practice,I get my own suggestions and comments to improve the Wuhan sharing bike system.I hope this paper can help Wuhan improve its sharing bike system.
