摘　要
 　　港口对于国民经济和生活有着举足轻重的作用，直接或间接影响国民经济。目前，国家经济正处于转型期，结构矛盾突出，唯独不变的是基础设施。港口是重要的交通基础设施，能够推动国家外向型经济发展，从而改善现有的经济矛盾。随着改革进入深水期，港口地位不断深化。武汉新港作为其中重要的一环，在承东启西，振兴中部经济，长江航运发展的方面不可替代作用。近些年，武汉新港在取得突出成绩的同时，也显现出其症结。在外部港口同质化严重，竞争已经成为常态情况下，国内多个港口开始主导以竞合为主要原则处理港口间关系，并取得很好的成果；武汉新港内部如何处理好竞争合作关系，化解竞争带来的阵痛却一直少有人问津。因此，本文试图借用竞合理论、博弈论，研究武汉新港内部竞合关系。
本论文首先分析了在武汉新港序列中，作为集装箱业务核心港的阳逻港和白浒山港的情况，运用swot法对两港机遇、挑战、优势和劣势进行列比，找出解决方法；其次选用伯川德模型为指导，建立武汉新港港口竞合模型；以模型结果证明反证竞合理论，从而提出武汉新港竞合模式和策略设想。

Abstract
The port has a pivotal role in the national economy and life, directly or indirectly affects the national economy. At present, the national economy is in transition, under structural contradictions. The port is an important transport infrastructure that can promote the development of the country's export-oriented economy, thereby improving the existing economic contradictions. With the reform into the deep water period, the port status is deepening. Wuhan Newport as one of the important part of the East, the revitalization of the central economy, the irreplaceable role in Yangtze River. In recent years, Wuhan Newport achieved outstanding results at the same time, also showed its weakness. In the status of external port homogenization , competition has become the normal case, the domestic number of ports began to lead to competition as the main principle to deal with the relationship between  ports, and achieved good results, The pain of the competition has been interested for several years. Therefore, this paper attempts to use the competing theory, game theory, research in Wuhan Newport internal competition and cooperation.

  　　First，this paper analyzes the situation of Yangluo Port and Baihu Mountain Port as the core port of the container business in Wuhan Newport sequence, and uses the SWOT method to compare the opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages of the two ports to find out the solution. Secondly, we use the Bertrand model as the guide, and establish the port competition model of Wuhan. The model results in proving the theory of counter-evidence competition and so on, and then put forward the Wuhan new port competition model and strategy.
