轨道交通站点上盖物业发展模式及交通组织方法研究(论文24000字)
摘要
轨道交通站点上盖物业的开发，不仅是轨道交通发展的结果，也是城市化进程的必要结果，对轨道交通的建设和城市的发展都有着重大的意义。轨道交通上盖物业在我国发展较快，引起了政府部门及交通界同行的广泛关注，轨道交通上盖物业的发展需要深入研究的问题很多。本论文在国内外对轨道交通上盖物业的研究动态及成果的基础上，结合我国城市轨道交通建设现状，对轨道交通及沿线物业综合开发作为专题进行研究，总结归纳出轨道交通上盖物业特征及发展模式，结合南京油坊桥站、奥体中心站、夫子庙站的具体案例，对轨道交通上盖物业项目概况、换乘方式、交通流线、上盖物业业态布局以及交通组织方式进行研究。

Rail Transport and Property Development Mode Traffic Method
Abstract
Its superstructure along the MTR property development, is the product of subway construction, it is the product of the process of urbanization, the construction of the subway and urban development are of great significance. MTR Station commercial complex developed rapidly in our country, caused widespread concern in the government and the design sector counterparts, many issues need further study. This paper studies the dynamic of the rail cover and achievements at home and abroad on the basis of the property, the status of urban rail transit construction of rail transportation and the comprehensive development of the property along a thematic study, summarized the rail superstructure features and development model, combining Nanjing Youfangqiao station, Olympic Sports Center Station, Fuzimiao Station specific cases, to track traffic on the cover property project overview, transfer, traffic flow, an upper cover property format layout and traffic organization research.
