摘 要
近年来随着高速公路车型多样化的不断发展和交通量的急剧增加,对高速公路的通行能力和安全效率提出了更高的要求,传统高速公路客货混行的模式越来越凸显问题和不足。而货车专用道管理技术作为一种建设新思路,能有效解决客货混行的困扰。国外已经有比较成熟的客货分线理论研究与工程实例,国内部分道路也实施了货车专用道,都有明显改善的实际效益。
论文通过对国内外客货分线理论与案例研究,探讨货车专用道设置的关键问题与难点,并对客货分线的定义与必要性进行阐述。从安全、效率、环境等多个方面论证货车专用道是未来高速公路发展的一种新趋势。同时由于不同高速公路在交通量与断面形式上的差异,提出设置货车专用道的设置条件,从而为新建或改扩建的高速公路提供一种可行的管理技术。
文章在理论研究的基础上对沪宁高速梅村服务区至东桥枢纽路段进行交通数据采集与统计分析,并构建不同的客货分线形式,结合VISSIM仿真评价对方案进行比选,提出一种综合效益最大的建设思路,并以此论证货车专用道管理技术的可行性与必要性。

Analysis on the Impact of Management Technology of Freight Vehicle Special Road on the Bearing Capacity of Expressway
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the continuous development of the diversification of expressway vehicle types and the sharp increase of traffic volume, higher requirements have been put forward for the traffic capacity and safety efficiency of expressways. The traditional mode of mixed passenger and freight traffic on expressways has become increasingly prominent and insufficient. As a new idea of construction, the management technology of freight lane can effectively solve the problem of mixed passenger and freight traffic. There are mature theoretical research and engineering examples of passenger and freight distribution lines abroad, and some roads in China have also implemented special truck lanes, which have obvious improvement in practical benefits.
Through the theoretical and case studies of passenger-cargo distribution at home and abroad, this paper explores the key problems and difficulties in setting up freight lanes, and expounds the definition and necessity of passenger-cargo distribution. From the aspects of safety, efficiency and environment, it is proved that the special road for freight cars is a new trend of Expressway Development in the future. At the same time, due to the difference of traffic volume and section form of different expressways, the setting conditions of special truck lanes are put forward, so as to provide a feasible management technology for new or expanded expressways. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper collects traffic data and makes statistical analysis on the section from Meicun service area to Dongqiao hub of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, constructs different forms of passenger-cargo distribution, compares the schemes with VISSIM simulation evaluation, puts forward a construction idea with the greatest comprehensive benefit, and demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the management technology of freight car lanes.
