摘  要:赤霉素(GA)是植物生长过程中参与调节的重要激素之一, 前期的研究表明GA对苎麻生长有重要影响。本研究旨在进一步探讨赤霉素与其对照处理对苎麻体内各物质的影响以及该影响与苎麻蛋白表达的关系,找出差异蛋白。选取湘苎2号苎麻,通过赤霉素和蒸馏水对照处理,观察与记录苎麻茎秆伸长生长的情况,统计分析所受影响的程度与显著性。测定苎麻中水溶物,果胶,半纤维素,木质素,纤维素等物质含量,分别提取各组茎皮顶芽的蛋白,做蛋白质电泳分析和免疫印记。结果表明,赤霉素对苎麻株高有显著増长作用,同时能使麻纤维中木质素和果胶含量明显增加。本研究为赤霉素信号途径的摸索打下基础,为阐明赤霉素与苎麻伸长生长之间的关系能够提供更多线索。

 Study of GA Treating Effects to Ramie’s Expression of Protein Abstract: Gibberellin Acid (GA) is a kind of important hormones which involves in the regulation of plant growth. And previous studies showed that GA has an important influence on the growth of ramie. This study was designed to further study the influence of GA treatment to the growth of ramie and clarify the relationship between the influence and the expression of the protein, then find the different expression proteins. Xiangzhu2 variation of ramie was selected as object and treated by GA and the distilled water  as blank control. The stems elongation were observed and recorded, and the data were statistically analyzed. Eight weeks later, the contents of water soluble substance, pectin, hemicelluloses, lignin and cellulose in ramie filament products were tested. The total protein of bark and top bud of each group were extracted, then analyzed them by electrophoresis and immuno-blotting. The results showed that GA has significantly influence to the elongation of ramie’s stem, and it can increase the contents of pectin and lignin in its fibers. All together, our results will contribute to discovery of GA signaling pathway and provide more clues for study on the relationship between GA and ramie’s stem elongation.
