摘 要
温度不论在工业上还是在生活中都是一项重要的指标,在工业上很多设计参数都牵涉到温度,在生活中温度直接影响人们的生活和作息,因此采集温度是具有十分重要意义的。温度的测量有众多的方案,大体上分为模拟的和数字式的。模拟温度传感器需要将转换后的电压信号进行调理放大,还得利用模数转换器才能变为单片机可以采集的信号,工程复杂,硬件实现起来困难。本系统是基于数字式 DS18B20的温度传感器,数据输出为数字信号,可以和单片机直接相连,使用方便可靠,而且18B20与单片机的连接只需要一个IO口就行,能有效的节省系统的资源。
单片微型计算机简称单片机。它是把组成微型计算机的各功能部件:中央处理器、CPU、随机存取存储器RAM、只读存储器ROM、I/O接口电路、定时器/计数器以及串行通信接口等制作在一块集成芯片中,构成一个完整的微型计算机。单片机主要应用于控制领域,由于其具有可靠性高、体积小、价格低、易于产品化等特点,因而在智能仪器仪表、实时工业控制、智能终端、通信设备、导航系统、家用电器等自控领域获得广泛应用。
单片机来对温度进行采集,不仅具有控制方便、设计灵活等优点,而且可以提高被控温度的技术指标,从而能够大大提高产品的质量。本系统利用Atmel51单片机和数字式DS18B20实现对温度的采集和显示,系统具有很好的使用价值,

Abstract
Temperature whether in industry or in life is an important index in the industrial design parameters in many involves temperature, in life temperature directly affect people's lives and calendar, so the temperature is collected have very important sense. Temperature measurements have numerous scheme, roughly divided into analog and digital. Still have to use adc can become microcontroller can be collected signal, engineering complex, difficult to hardware implementation. This system is based on digital temperature sensor DS18B20, data output for digital signals, can directly connected and single chip microcomputer, easy to use reliable, and 18B20 and MCU connection only need one IO mouth on the line, can effectively save system resources.

It is composed of the microcomputer, each function components: the central processor, the CPU, random access memory (RAM and ROM ROM, I/O interface circuit, timer/counter and serial communication interface, production in a piece of integrated chip, constitute a complete microcomputer. SCM is mainly applied to control field, since it has high reliability, small volume, low price, easy to prod wait for a characteristic, therefore in intelligent instrumentation, real-time industrial control, intelligent terminal, communication equipment, navigation system, household appliances control areas being widely applied.
This collection of temperature control, not only has the advantages of convenient, are designed to be flexible, but also can improve the technical indexes accused of temperature, thus greatly improve the quality of the products. This system USES Atmel51 SCM and digital DS18B20 to achieve the collection of temperature and display, the system has the very good use value
