摘  要 数据采集技术已经从一种应用有限的技术发展为可适用于各种高性能测量应用的平台。随着计算机技术的发展,在工业生产中自动检测与控制系统都离不开数据采集与信号处理,它是这些系统最初最原始数据的来源,数据采集技术是信息科学的一个重要分支,广泛应用于信号监控处理、通信、测量、制造、自动控制等现代电子信息实时监控处理工程。 随着计算机技术的发展,基于计算机的数据采集系统得到广泛应用。与模拟系统相比,数字系统具有精度高、稳定性好等优点。外部被测量压力为模拟量,因此要将压力模拟信号转换为便于处理和存储的数字信号,外部流量为模拟量,因此也应该转换为数字量,外部温度量也是模拟量,因此也需要相应的传感器转换成单片机可以识别的数字量。 本系统从实用角度出发,设计了一款可以检测外部压力,流量,和温度的装置,通过多路模拟开关切换以减少AD的使用,大大降低了系统的成本,同时将采集到的数据进行数字滤波处理后在液晶上显示。系统具有很高的实用价值。   关键字: 单片机,数据采集,数字滤波   Abstract Data collection technology has gone from an application of the technology development limited for can be applicable to all kinds of high performance measurement application platform.
