应用plc对轴承专用车床的改造

摘要

本文介绍了国内外数控机床的发展现状，同时介绍了可编程控制器的工作原理，选型依据。设计了一种基于PLC的数控机床，介绍了所选用的S7-200 PLC。根据设计要求对PLC的输入输出I/O进行了分配，并且编写系统运行的梯形图。介绍了旋转编码器，光电开关的工作原理，并设计了与PLC的接口电路。所设计的机床能够在按下启动按钮之后全自动完成机削，精度达到0.01mm. [资料来源：http://THINK58.com]

Abstract

This paper introduced the development present condition of the domestic and international numerical control machine tool,and then given the working  theory of PLC  and its chosen criterion.Designed a kind of numerical control machine tool which was based on PLC ,and also introduced the series PLC of S7-200 which was the tool host computer.Based the designed requirement,we assigned the I/O of the PLC,and compiled the trapezium figure.Finally,we introduced the working theory of th  encoder and photoelectricity  switch,and then designed the interface with the PLC.The drill press can finish the burrow process automaticly after the start-button pressed,and the precision can reach to 0.01mm.
