本设计完成基于单片机的双容水箱系统的软硬件设计。本设计完成了将模糊控制与PID控制相结合方法用于工业水位控制领域,实现了对大滞后、慢时变、非线性的复杂系统的控制。在硬件方面, PID控制器采用单片机作为控制核心,在设计过程中,采用Multisim软件对系统的测量电路进行了仿真,实现了水位采集精度的设计要求。本设计中的模糊PID控制器,既具有模糊控制灵活、适应性强的优点,不依赖于控制对象有精确的数学模型,同时又具有控制精度高,动态性能好、受系统参数变化影响小的优点。 [资料来源:http://think58.com]

The design is completed based on single chip dual-tank design of the system. The design of fuzzy control and completed the combination of PID control method for industrial level control in the field, realized the big delay, slow time-varying, nonlinear control of complex systems. On the hardware side, PID controller with microcontroller as the control, in the design process, using Multisim software system measurement circuit was simulated to achieve a level of design requirements acquisition accuracy. The design of fuzzy PID controller, fuzzy control has both flexibility and adaptability advantages, does not depend on the control of a precise mathematical model of the object, at the same time with high control precision, better dynamic performance and system parameters change by small advantages.
