摘要
本文借助本科期间所学专业知识对湖北省武穴市大唐石灰石矿进行露天开采方案设计，设计主要内容包括研究矿山开采技术条件，确定开采境界，计算矿产资源储量，设计矿山建设规模及服务年限，选择合适的开拓方法和开采方式，露天台阶深孔爆破设计，选择矿山开采设备，防水排水措施的制定，排土场设计，环境保护等。
分析比较选用经济合理的方案开拓方案，合理布置开采境界，将剥采比控制在比较经济的范围内，分析资料和比较类似矿山开采经验选择合理的爆破参数，根据矿山实际选择实用的采矿设备，积极采用较科学的方法预防和治理矿区环境问题。
设计台阶高度15，采用露天垂直深孔爆破方法开采矿岩，炮孔直径200mm，采用一台KQ-200潜孔钻机钻孔，采用一台斗容4m³和一台斗容2m³的液压挖掘机进行装岩，9台载重20t的自卸式矿车运输矿石，尽可能的对废石加以利用。

Abstract
In this paper, the design of the open pit mining project of Datang limestone mine in Wuxue City, Hubei Province, with the aid of the professional knowledge.The main contents of the design include research mine mining technology conditions, determine the mining boundary, the calculation of mineral resources reserves, mine design scale of construction and service life, choose right development method and the mining way, open-air bench blasting design, mining equipment selection, prevent the formulation of water drainage measures, the dump design, environmental protection and other.

Analysis and comparison of the deposit development program then selection economic and reasonable open scheme.rational arrangement of mining boundary,the stripping ratio is controlled within the scope of the economy.Analysis and comparison of the previous similar mining experience to select the reasonable blasting parameters.Practical mining equipment based on practical selection of mine.Adopt more scientific methods to prevent and control the environmental problems in the mining area.
the height of bench is designed to be 15 meters in this paper.Using open vertical deep hole blasting method to mine rock,hole diameter 200mm.using a KQ-200 submersible drilling rig to drill hole.Using two hydraulic excavator one of then can shovel 2m³ and 4m³ of rock.Using 9 dump car which can load 20t cargo.As far as possible to use of waste rock.

爆破参数设计
该矿山属于大型露天矿山，矿层为坚硬岩石，经查表可知矿层岩石坚固性系数为f=6-8。矿体高差较大，设计台阶高度取H=15m，台阶坡面角α=73º，炮孔直径取=200mm。采用2号岩石硝铵炸药进行爆破作业，其密度为0.95-1.10g/cm³。
