摘  要
西藏是中国版图上西南一角的明珠，自新中国成立后开始对西藏行使政治、经济多方面的管理，西藏以其雄伟壮观、神奇瑰丽的自然风光闻名。它地域辽阔，地貌壮观、资源丰富。自古以来，这片土地上的人们创造了丰富灿烂的民族文化。不可否定，受到宏观及微观等多重因素影响，西藏地区无论是经济发展、政治发展、文化发展较中国其他地区都相对较落后。伴随着“西部大开发”奏响，西藏地区也迎来了“春天”，而这股“春天暖流”对西藏地区公路运输发展和拓建提出了新指令以及更高的要求。本文通过分析西藏公路运输现状、存在的问题，从西藏公路运输需求分析，并提出改善举措。根据西藏公路的社会经济发展，以及综合交通运输需求总量，公路运输量进行有效预测，提出改善西藏交通运输的建议。因此通过建设网络化公路，以此为运载平台，加快推进与周边国家、区域互联互强化项目建设和运输便利化进程，扩大周边地区务实合作。这些无疑将给西藏地区经济建设发展带来新机遇。

Abstract
Tibet is an important gateway to Southwest China Frontier and remarkable strategic location， nature， unique cultural and political environment， social and economic development is relatively backward. In recent years， with the implementation of the country's western development strategy plan， Tibet's economic development has entered a new period of development. The rapid development of Tibet's economic and social development of the road network put forward new demands on paper analyzes the problems of road transport in Tibet， Tibet road transport needs analysis and propose solutions. And predict based on socio-economic development of Tibet highway， as well as integrated transport and total demand， road traffic， and make recommendations to improve the transportation in Tibet. Good road network plan， you can instruct Tibet highway transportation infrastructure， accelerate the pace of highway construction， not only of great significance for the development of Tibet highway traffic and integrated transport system， but also for the overall progress of the whole of Tibet and the country's socio-economic social economy as a whole coordinated development will have a profound impact.
