摘 要:浏阳河有福寿螺河段全长160公里,并且逐年持续向下游扩散,通过
对福寿螺和中国圆田螺的消化酶活性进行比较分析,结果表明福寿螺的四种主要消化酶:纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶的活性都要高于同一生态位的中国圆田螺,在种间竞争中占优势,这些优势为福寿螺在浏阳河的繁殖扩散提供了条件,威胁本地生物多样性,应立即采取有效防治措施,阻止这一外来物种向湘江的扩散。

The Preliminary Study of the Activation of Pomacea canaliculata’s digestive enzyme activities that Distributed in Liu Yang River
Abstract:Having occupied the length of Liu Yang River for 160 miles, Pomacea canaliculata continue to spread downriver year by year. The four major are cellulose, protease, protease and lipase. Through the comparative analysis of Pomacea canaliculata and Cipangopaludina chinensis,, it comes the result that all of the activity in these digestive enzymes are higher than Cipangopaludina chinensis,in the same ecological niche, which made them superior over the last one. And this superiority provide Pomacea canaliculata the condition of breeding and spreading in Liu Yang River and threat the diversity of the native creatures. Therefore it is necessary to take some effective measures in order to prohibit this exotic species spreading into the Xiang Jiang River
