摘要
毕业设计我们主要是设计“蘸水盒注射模具设计”。说明书主要讲述蘸水盒的模具设计步骤和过程,蘸水盒是用注射模生产出来的。注射模是成型塑料制品的一种工艺设备。几乎所有的塑料都适用于注射模。任何注射模结构均可分为定模和动模两大部分,塑料制件的成型过程, 将已塑化的塑料熔体以一定的压力和速度注入闭合的模具型腔内,经冷却硬化定型后开模而获得制件。
注射前动模与定模闭合构成型腔和浇注系统。开模时,动模与定模分离,由脱模机构推出制品.本次防尘罩的设计使用到了侧向机构,  主要包括以下几个方面的内容:
(1)所选用的塑料材料—ABS的性能分析
(2)塑件的形状和尺寸及其精度,包括制件其本身尺寸精度的确定
(3)计算型腔数目及选择型号
(4)成型零件的设计及计算和模具型腔壁厚的计算
(5)浇注系统的设计及计算,确定浇口形式和位置,决定主流道,分流道和冷料井的形式及尺寸
(6)机构的设计及计算
(7)冷却系统的设计计算(包括孔径和孔数的计算)
(8)脱模机构的设计及计算
(9)面选择的一般原则

Abstract
We mainly to design the graduation project “The reposition of redundant personnel slot cover outside the direction finder injects the molding tool ”. This article mainly describes the design procedure of sundries casement. Inject mould shaping’s one technology equipment of plastic, it use in shaping mould one by hot plasticity, have and use in shaping mould one by hot careless quality too mainly. Any mould divide into for fixing mould and work up mould two major part.The injection molding procedure is a process that make use of screw or plunger` s shoot, inject the plastic melt into closed mould, then open the mould and gain the product when the melt freezing.
Work up mould with definitely mould close forming type and power the system before injecting. It turns on mould work up with definitely mould separate, put out the goods mould pieces of material performance, this graduation design use exhaust structure. The content involved mainly includes following:
