本设计为Ⅱ型塑料工艺品盒模具制作设计，它系统的介绍了塑料工艺品盒模具中的各个零部件的加工工艺过程及整套模具的装配和使用。其中，涉及到各种参数的选取、零部件的加工方法、注射模的结构及相关的计算问题、特种加工工艺及塑料的回收和利用等方面内容。在该模具设计中，利用计算机绘图软件绘制了零件图和装配图，以及制定了机械加工工艺过程卡。

【 Abstract 】
This design is “Researches to molding tool of the Ⅱ type plastics handicraft product”, it system introduced the process and the assemble and use of the whole set of mold of every parts about plastics handicraft. Among them it involved injection machine’s choice of parameter、the process of parts、construction of injection mold and related computer、the process of special and recall and utilize of plastic and so on. During this design, make use of the computer to draw the diagram of parts and assemble, and make out card of machining process.
