摘 要
本工程为某大学学生公寓住宅,以创造大众性、示范性、科学性和可持续发展的新型 住宅为指导思想,力争在建筑形式、建筑技术和材料、设备的使用上有所创新,达到先进、 合理及新颖、耐用,增加新技术含量,以满足学生现代居住生活的发展要求。
本工程采用钢框架结构,采用箱型钢柱,H型钢梁构成框架体系,由于楼层较低,不设 支撑。梁柱节点为栓焊组合节点,其中梁翼缘为对接焊缝连接,腹板为摩擦型高强螺栓连 接。楼板为压型钢板非组合楼板,楼板用栓钉跟钢梁焊接构成整体,墙采用NALC板,基础 为钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础。

Abstract
This project is some university student apartment housing, Take creates the populace, demonstrative, scientific and the sustainable development new housing as the guiding ideology, argues vigorously in the construction form, the building technology and the material, in the equipment use has the innovation, achieved advanced, reasonable and novel, is durable, increases the new technical content, satisfies the students modern housing life the development request.
This project uses the steel portal frame construction, uses the H steel girder, the H steel pole constitution frame system, does not suppose the strut therefore the choice component section size is bigger. The beam and column the pitch point welds the combination pitch point for the hitch, the beam edge, excels in the bold fastening for the friction, the web plate for the butt welding seam connection. the floor with steel nail with the steel girder welding constitution whole, the wall uses adds the steam concrete masonry unit, the foundation for the reinforced concrete column under strip footing.
