毕业设计是专业课教学的综合实践性教学环节，是对大学四年来所学内容的复习和巩固。本设计主要是进行了结构方案中横向框架9轴框架的设计。在确定框架布局之后，进行了层间荷载代表值的计算，利用顶点位移法求出自震周期下的结构弯矩、剪力、以及轴力。然后计算竖向荷载，包括恒载、活载和雪载，在这些荷载作用下结构的内力，找出最不利的组合，然后选出最安全的计算结果配筋并绘图。此外还进行了室内楼梯、楼盖以及基础的设计，并将手算结果与电算结果进行校核、分析。

根据要求，本工程建筑面积约2484多平方米，已拟定的建筑平面轴线尺寸长35.5米，宽29.4米，为三层三跨钢筋混凝土框架结构，跨距相等柱网尺寸横向为4500*7+3600，竖向为7600,2700,7600，层高均为3000。详见建筑图纸。条件具体如下：

    本工程场地较平坦，室内相对标高0.00相当于绝对标高12.00m。根据地质钻探，该场地土质较均匀，场地上部为新生代沉积成因的粉土，土层分布情况见附表。地下水位较高，在天然地面以下1.2~1.0米处，无侵蚀性。工程场地地质情况较好，无液化土层，属于Ⅱ类场地土。经勘探了解，场地地基岩土层自上而下依次为：①层素填土，土质差不均匀，不宜利用；②1层粉质粘土，灰黄色，可塑，工程性质一般；②2层粉土夹粉砂，灰色，稍密～中密，工程性质一般，渗透性强；②3层淤泥质粉质粘土，灰色，流塑，工程性质差；②4层粉质粘土，灰色，软塑，工程性质差；③层粉质粘土，灰色，可塑，工程性质一般；④层粉质粘土混卵砾石，可塑，松散～稍密，工程性质一般；⑤层强风化泥质粉砂岩～粉砂岩，工程性质较好，是良好的桩基持力层；⑥层中风化泥质粉砂岩，工程性质较好，是良好的桩基持力层；⑦层中风化粉砂岩，工程性质好，是良好的桩基持力层。
