中 文 说 明
本工程属于集商场和宾馆于一体的综合型建筑,坐落于xxx。
本建筑为十层,通过综合考虑各种因素,我选用了框架结构,因为这种结构体系提供了较大的空间,区域的划分有很大的机动性,使用于住宅、商场。
框架结构体系中,其传力方式简单明了,楼盖、屋盖将竖直荷载依次传递给梁、柱、地基;同时柱要抵抗水平荷载、地震力。本工程墙体材料采用轻质填充材料,因此可以留较大的洞口,有利于办公区更好采光。
本建筑下部两层主要是商场。大面积用于营业区,其余部分为仓储、办公、机房等辅助区,另一方面,本建筑共设两部电梯,两部自动扶梯、两部楼梯,1-2层设一部货梯,扶梯设在营业区供顾客使用,两部电梯供宾馆使用,另一部电梯为货梯,设在仓库附近。

本建筑上部设计为宾馆,由于本建筑横向跨度过大,因而设计时为加强天然采光,在建筑标准层设采光天井,并围绕天井设休闲室,一方面加强了采光,一方面有使建筑空间布局生动活泼起来。
本工程中,基础、柱、梁、板均为混凝土构件,并且都采用现浇。柱、梁、板的混凝土等级为C30,筏形基础采用C40混泥土,其余细部构件详细强度等级见设计说明书。在钢筋使用方面,本工程有一级二级钢,除了板,其余构件的受力钢筋均为二级,而构造筋、箍筋采用一级钢筋。

This building is a mid-scale storied building .It lies in zhangzhou road in qingdao city.
As a ten storeys building , synthesize to consider various factors, I chose the frame structure .because this kind of structure system contributes to plane design of storied building ,it can make up large place for shopping.
In the frame structure, the floor spals, and the rool spals carry vertical loads to beams, the columns and foundations at last. At the same time, columns can resist the horigontal force of wind and seismic loads. Walls in building don’’t carry loads, so we can put more windows and then get more light .
In Qingdao, the earthquake function must be considered. So we should consider the vertical loads and the horizontal winds and seismic loads.

This building lower part two layers are mainly markets.The big
area useds for the business area, the rest part is for the warehouse, transact, engine room etc. lends support to the area, on the other hand, this building establishes two elevators totally, two escalators, two stairses,1-2 layers establish a goods steps, the hand ladder establishes to provide the customer usage in the business area, two elevators provide the guest house usage, another elevator is for the goods , establishing in the warehouse neighborhood.
This building upper part is designed for the guests’ houses, because this building is horizontal to across to spend greatly, as a result hour of design for strengthen natural adopt the light, at construct the standard layer to establish to adopt the light courtyard, and surround the courtyard to establish the recreation room, strengthenning to adopt the light on the other hand, on the other hand make construct the space layout vivid.
To this building , colums founding, beams and stabs are reinforced concrete members , all of the member ,are casted in place . the concrete strength frad of the beams , columns and slabs , the others are all grade one. [来源:http://think58.com]
