This system is about the technology of using the 89c51 single chip computer and RS-485 half-duplex transportation network to compose the system of automatic recording and charging. This thesis first introduce the current development status of automatic recording and charging system, then simply introduce this automatic recording and charging system. Then emphatically present the design and accomplish of the hardware and software of the data collect module, communication control module and electrify control module . Finally introduce the simulation and the fail test of the whole system.
