在日常的生产与生活中，温度是一个非常重要的过程变量，因为它直接影响燃烧、化学反应、发酵、烘烤、煅烧、蒸馏、浓度、挤压成形、结晶以及空气流动等物理和化学过程。所以人们需要用到良好的温度检测及控制装置系统来解决这些问题。本文介绍了采用A/D转换、AT89C51芯片、LCD显示技术以及DS1620温度传感器等组成的温度控制系统的设计方法和工作原理。能够通过传感器对温度的感应自动调节加热功率的大小，并且在解决温度检测的基础上，完成对温度的特殊控制，即能实现对温度恒温控制，其温控效果好，温度波动不大，噪音小，电路简单可靠，使用效果非常好。

Abstract
In daily production and living, temperature is a very important course variable, because it influences such physics and chemical courses as burning, chemical reaction , ferment , toasts , calcines , the distillation , density , pushing taking shape directly, the crystallization and air flow. So people need to use good temperature measuring and control device system and solving these problems. It makes up of four parts that the show of theDS1620 temperature measure and detect,A/Dtransform,AT89C51chip,LCDdisplay. It can pass the temperature sensor to size of the power of automatic heating of reaction to, and on the basis of solving temperature to measure, the ones that finished to temperature were controlled specially, there is control on heater of realization of the proportion, its accuses of being effectual warmly, temperature fluctuates not big, with low noises, it is reliable that the circuit is simple, the result of use is very good.
