摘  要 步进电机是控制器的执行元件,是机电一体化的关键产品之一,广泛应用在各种自动化控制系统和精密机械等领域。步进电机将电脉冲信号转换成相应角位移或线性位移的驱动装置,其转动速度和脉冲频率能严格同步,具有较高的重复定位精度,且没有累积误差。步进电机的驱动是由驱动电路实现的,驱动电路和步进电机构成一个有机整体。  步进电动机具有结构简单、可靠性高和成本低的优点,但同时也存在振荡、失步以及精度不够的问题,从而制约了在高精确度自动控制系统中的应用,如雕刻机、打印机、硬盘驱动器、绘图仪、钻孔机等。采用细分控制可以很好地提高精度,因此对基于单片机控制的步进电机步距角细分系统进行设计与研究有着实际的意义。 本系统就是基于高性能处理器单片机,利用两相电机驱动器TA8435设计的步进电机控制。通过调节单片机输出脉冲的频率来改变驱动芯片换相频率,进而调节步进电机的转速。同时TA8435有很强大的细分驱动能力,可以很好的调节步进电机的精度,运行平稳性。 关键字:单片机,步进电机,细分驱动   Abstract Stepping motor is controller actuators, is one of the key products mechatronics, widely used in all kinds of automation control system and precision machinery, etc. Stepping motor will be converted into electrical impulses signal linear displacement Angle or the device drivers, its rotation speed and pulse frequency can strictly synchronization, has high repeat positioning accuracy, and have no cumulative error. Stepping motor driver is realized by driving circuit, drive circuit and step-motor constitute a organic whole. Stepping motor has simple structure, high reliability and low cost advantage, but it also has some oscillation and out-of-step and precision insufficient problems so as to restrict the automatic control system in high precision application, such as engraving machine, printer, hard disk drives, plotters, drilling machine, etc. Adopt subdivision control can be well improve the accuracy of based on single-chip microcomputer control, so the stepping motor step distance Angle subdivision system design and research has the practical significance. This system is based on high-performance processor microcontroller, using two phase motor drive TA8435 design stepping motor control. By adjusting the microcontroller output pulse frequency to change drive chip commutation frequency, adjust then stepping motor speed. Meanwhile TA8435 have very strong subdivided driving ability, can be very good adjust the accuracy of stepper motor, the running smoothness.
