摘  要
    汽车自发明以来就不断影响着人们生产和生活方式，促进人类社会的进步和发展。在整个20世纪，没有一种工业产品，能够像汽车这样渗透到社会生活的方方面面。西方一些发达国家早在20世纪就已步入了汽车社会，经过不断的摸索和实践，他们找到了一条适合自己发展的汽车社会之路。
    步入21世纪，越来越多的国家和地区也将昂首跨入汽车社会的大门。以我国为例，我国现在正在以惊人的速度向汽车社会迈进。根据公安部交管局2010年12月发布的数据显示，目前我国的机动车保有量已达1.99亿辆，其中汽车8450多万辆，小轿车2600万辆，截至2010年12月18日，北京机动车保有量突破400万辆，达到4001426辆。 目前我国已有北京、上海、广州、东莞、深圳等发达城市达到或接近汽车社会标准。可以预计，未来5-10年时间内，我国将有更多的城市进入“汽车社会”。以机动车为主要交通工具以及与之相对应的生产、生活方式构成了“汽车社会”的主要特征。
但与此同时，与汽车相关的能源、环境、交通等问题也日益凸显。石油开采量不断提高，能源告竭步步紧逼；环境污染日益严重，温室效应、全球暖化问题逐渐显现；城市交通拥堵和交通安全问题亟待解决。如何优化资源配置，推进汽车社会的和谐发展，成为一个必须突破的课题。 [来源：http://think58.com]

The challenge of auto society and traffic strategy analysis
Abstract
Since the invention of autos will continue to affect the people's production and life,promoting the progress and development of human society. Throughout the 20thcentury, there is no kind of industrial products, such as autos can penetrate into all aspects of social life. Some Western countries had entered the auto society in early 20th century, through continuous exploration and practice, they found a suitable way for their own development path.
Into the 21st century, more and more countries and regions will also head into the auto door of society. For example, China is now growing at an alarming rate to the automotive community forward. According to Ministry of Public Security Traffic Management Bureau in December 2010 released data show that China's vehicle population has reached 199 million, of which more than 8450 ten thousand autos, autos 26 million, as of December 18, 2010, Beijing Machine EMU ownership exceeded four million, reaching 4,001,426. At present, China has been in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen and other cities at or near the auto community standards. It can be expected within the next 5-10 years, China will have more cities to enter the "auto society." At the same time, auto-related energy, environment, transportation and other issues are also increasingly prominent. How to optimize the allocation of resources, and promote the harmonious development of the auto society, becoming a must break issue.
