摘要:随着时代的发展,塑料是当代社会发展的技术产物。塑料成品用于电子仪表、汽车、家用电器、手表、娱乐设施等方面,由于经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,则人们的要求越来越高,也越来越挑剔,故各种产品的外观和性能必须不断地提升,也越做越精密。因此注塑模具的设计与制造是一项关键个技术。本论文是介绍牙签瓶旋盖注射模设计
本论文详细介绍了这套模具设计的过程,了解模具结构设计、浇注系统的设计、冷却系统设计、脱模机构设计、排气系统设计、,合模机构设计,导向机构设计的流程。同时还介绍了注塑材料成型工艺和性能,以及注塑机的选用和对部分参数的校核。设计过程中运用了点浇口的三板式模具,塑件在脱模的过程中通过一限位块来限制定模板的行程,通过镶块型芯间的滑动来脱落塑件的内螺纹。

This paper introduces the set of mold design process, understanding of die structure design, the design of gating system, cooling system, ejection mechanism design, exhaust system design, clamping mechanism design, design process-oriented organization.Also introduced injection molding technology and performance, as well as the selection of injection molding machine and check some parameters.The design process using a three-point gate plate mold, plastic parts in the process of stripping limit by a fixed mold block to limit the travel of cores through the inserts to slide off between the internal thread of plastic parts.
