深圳市外运物流企业的发展战略研究(14500字)
摘 要：随着我国国民经济持续、健康、快速的发展，我国社会物流需求出现持续高速增长的局面。虽然我国的第三方物流还处于起步阶段，但是也随着我国对外贸易的快速增长而发展迅速，并且市场潜力巨大。自我国加入WTO后，根据中国对服务贸易方面作出的承诺，我国的物流市场将全面开放。本文首先从分析发展战略的基本理论、企业发展战略的选择和企业竞争战略的选择入手，接着对国内外物流业的发展现状进行分析，并以深圳市中外运物流公司为研究对象，运用SWOT分析法等知识，通过分析其公司的经营现状和其所处的外部经济环境，结合当前经济环境下外运物流企业发展中存在的主要问题，然后对深圳市外运物流企业的发展战略的制定提出相关建议。
