摘要
环境问题加剧、社会资源压力增大、产品更新迭代速度快等问题使得逆向物流网络更加复杂与不确定,对逆向物流网络优化也提出了更高的要求。建立一个完备的逆向物流回收再用体系,不但能降低生产制造商的生产成本、提高其信誉度,更节约了自然资源,是循环经济的一种具体表现。
针对这样的问题,本文通过对逆向物流网络构造、逆向物流运行要素的研究,结合多目标优化理论,以逆向物流网络运行的总成本最小化、回收率和再处理加工的生产效益最大化为目标,建立了逆向物流网络多目标优化模型。模型通过调用GRG和SLP算法,运用Lingo、Matlab软件进行求解,并进行数据可视化界面展示,形成一个完备的基于复杂系统的逆向物流网络动态多目标决策系统。最后,通过现实的案例应用和系统测试评估,证明该系统在面对复杂、不确定的逆向物流网络体系时具有较强的适应性和有效性,能够给出相应的网络最优化决策,这也体现了其重要的现实价值。

Abstract
The problems such as the intensification of environmental problems, the increasing pressure of social resources and the rapid iterative speed of product renewal make the reverse logistics network more complex and uncertain, and put forward higher requirements for the optimization of reverse logistics network. The establishment of a complete reverse logistics recycling system can not only reduce the production cost of production manufacturers, improve their credibility, but also save natural resources, which is a concrete manifestation of circular economy.
Aiming at this problem, this design establishes the multi-objective optimization model of reverse logistics network through the research of reverse logistics network construction, reverse logistics operation elements, combined with multi-objective optimization theory, with the goal of minimizing the total cost of reverse logistics network operation, the maximization of recovery rate andproduction benefit of reprocessing processing. By calling GRG and SLP algorithms, the model uses Lingo and Matlab software to solve them, and displays the data visualization interface, and finally forms a complete reverse logistics network dynamic multi-objective decision-making system based on complex system. Finally, through the realistic case application and system test evaluation, it is proved that the system has strong adaptability and effectiveness in the face of complex and uncertain reverse logistics network system, and can give the corresponding network optimization decision, which also embodies its important practical value.

Based on the diversity of recycled products and the complexity of recycling different products, combined with multi-objective optimization theory,in this paper, a mathematical model is established to solve and visualize the interface, and a multi-objective decision system for reverse logistics network is constructed to solve the problem of balanced solution of cost, route and economic benefit in reverse logistics.
