摘 要
本文针对开沟机这一机械设备进行了初步的设计与计算分析。开沟机是国内工程相关与植物业常用的一种机械设备,这种设备在多个行业的应用场景有着很大的空间本文主要对开沟机这一机械设备的多个系统进行设计。主要包括柴油机的选型、传动系统、行走系统、执行机构等多个机构的设计与计算。
本文通过计算并优化传动系统的传动比;通过对刀具进行模型建立,模拟分析,重点设计刀具,对刀具开沟做详细受力分析与运动分析,并对重点零部件例如链轮及链轮轴进行计算与分析。最终通过对比采用立式螺旋型开沟机结构。本文设计的开沟机拥有结构简单,机构经济性好且易维修等特点。可以显著的提高设备的工作效率和经济效益。

Abstract
This article provides a preliminary design and calculation analysis of the trenching machine, a mechanical equipment. The trenching machine is a commonly used mechanical equipment in engineering and the plant industry in China. This type of equipment has a lot of room for application in multiple industries. This article mainly designs multiple systems of the trenching machine as a mechanical equipment. This article calculates and optimizes the transmission ratio of the transmission system; By establishing a model of the cutting tool, conducting simulation analysis, focusing on designing the cutting tool, conducting detailed force analysis and motion analysis of the cutting tool groove, and calculating and analyzing key components such as the sprocket and sprocket shaft. Finally, by comparison, a vertical spiral trenching machine structure was adopted. The trenching machine designed in this article has the characteristics of simple structure, good mechanism economy, and easy maintenance. It can significantly improve the work efficiency and economic benefits of the equipment.
