摘要
根据2005—2014年山西省统计数据，对山西省居民收入分配差距进行了现状分析、因子分析和趋势分析。现状分析显示：山西省居民收入分配差距在全国排位居中，在中部地区居高；中部地区城乡居民收入分配的在全省绝对差距最大，相对差距最小；城乡居民收入分配绝对差距持续加大，相对差距增长近年趋缓。因子分析显示：城镇居民人均可支配收入对区域城乡收入绝对差距影响最大，而农民人均纯收入对区域城乡收入相对差距影响最大；城乡居民收入、人均GDP、城市化水平、二三产业就业人口比和农业财政支出比例均与湖南城乡收入分配绝对差距动态变化呈显著的正相关性。随着社会经济水平的发展，城镇居民的收入增长速度大于农村居民的收入增长速度，照此下去，城乡收入差距还将继续扩大，只有以农民人均纯收入年均增长率（11%）略高于城镇人均纯收入年均增长率（10%）发展时，山西省居民收入相对差距才会开始呈现下降趋势。因此，控制城乡居民收入差距扩大的关键就是要想尽办法提高农村居民收入的增长速度，这需要采取一系列有效对策。

Abstract
According to the statistical data of Shanxi province from 2005 to 2014, the distribution gap of income distribution in Shanxi province was analyzed, and the factor analysis and trend analysis were carried out. According to the current situation analysis: the income distribution gap in Shanxi Province in the country's ranking in the middle, in the central region of high-ranking; central area of urban and rural residents income distribution in the province's absolute difference, relative gap minimum; urban and rural residents income distribution absolute gap continued to increase, relative gap growth slowed down in recent years. Factor analysis shows that the per capita disposable income of urban residents has the greatest impact on the regional urban-rural income gap, while the per capita net income of farmers has the greatest impact on the income of urban and rural areas, the income of urban and rural residents, the level of urbanization, the proportion of the two or three industry employment population ratio and the proportion of agricultural financial expenditure are significant positive correlation with the absolute gap between urban and rural income distribution in Hunan. With the social and economic development, the income growth rate of urban residents is greater than that of rural residents, according to this, the income gap between urban and rural areas will continue to expand, only with the average annual growth rate of per capita net income (11%), the relative gap between the residents of Shanxi Province will begin to show a downward trend.
