摘要：信息时代的到来加速了中国物质文明与精神文明的融合，房地产行业作为中国经济发展的领军者，自然首当其冲。然而，新常态经济对房地产等热门行业提出了新的要求和期冀，如何在消费者视角下控制房地产市价波动以顺应新常态经济发展，成为当下中国社会主义建设的重要内容。从房地产市价波动的基本情况着手，探究房价波动未顺应新常态经济发展的具体表现，并从原因出发分析房价协调控制的新方法和新思路，是房地产事业发展的必然需求，也是中国市场经济迈入新高潮的重要手段。

Start from the basic situation of the real estate market price fluctuations, to explore the house price fluctuation is not conform to the manifestation of the new normal economic development, and starting from the reason analysis of the coordinated control of house prices and new ideas, new methods is the inevitable demand of the real estate industry, is also an important means of China's market economy entered a new climax.
