摘  要
    项目管理是企业永恒的主题，在企业管理中发挥着举足轻重的作用。质量是建筑本身的真正生命，也是社会关注的热点。在科学技术日新月异和经济建设高度发展的今天，建筑工程的质量关系到国家经济发展和人民生命财产安全。因此，建筑工程质量管理工作尤为重要，但是，在建筑施工过程中，任何一个环节、任何一个部位出现问题，都会给工程的整体质量带来负面的影响，甚至是严重的后果。
    本文以工程项目施工阶段质量控制为研究主题进行研究，着重分析了项目质量管理的全过程，系统的介绍了项目管理和项目质量管理的基本概念和管理方法，对项目质量管理中涉及到的项目质量策划，项目质量控制，项目质量保证，项目质量改进等问题进行研究分析。

Abstract
Project management is the eternal theme of enterprises, plays a pivotal role in the enterprise. Quality is the real life of the building itself, is also a hot. In today's highly-developed science and technology and economic development, the quality of construction work related to the national economic development and people's life and property security. Therefore, the construction engineering quality management is even more important, however, in the course of construction, any link, for any site problems will have negative impact on the overall quality of the project, even for serious consequences.

Based on the study on the quality control in the construction stage of the project for the research theme, focusing on the whole process of project management, systematic introduction of project management and the basic concepts of project quality management and management methods, projects involved in the project quality management quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, quality improvement study of the project.
