摘要
本文对武汉某地铁车辆段运用库内振源荷载进行现场实测,然后运用ANSYS有限元软件建立该车辆段上盖住宅的精细化有限元模型,将实测振源荷载作为输入激励,并分析了对上盖建筑物的动力响应,得出的一些结论可为后续地铁车辆段上盖物业的合理设计提供一些参考。
本文主要研究了地铁车辆段上盖住宅在列车荷载的作用下的动力响应,列车荷载属于弱振,不会影响结构的安全性,但会影响建筑内人们的舒适性,因此准确分析列车诱发地铁车辆段上盖住宅的动力响应规律十分重要。
研究结果表明:水平向的振动加速度峰值总体上是随层高增大而减小,铅垂向的振动加速度峰值随层高先减小后增大;三个方向的振动主频率集中在20Hz~40Hz之间,频率峰值均在30Hz附近;振源强度对地铁车辆段上盖住宅动力响应的影响很大,随着振源荷载的增大,地铁车辆段上盖住宅的动力响应明显增大。
本文的特色:地铁车辆段上盖物业作为一种新型的建筑组织形式,出现的历史较短,国内外对这方面的研究较少,因此本文以武汉某地铁车辆段上盖住宅为研究对象,计算其在列车荷载作用下水平向的动力响应,并分析振源强度、楼层等参数对地铁车辆段上盖住宅动力响应的影响规律。 [版权所有:http://think58.com]

Abstract
In this paper, a Metro depot in Wuhan is measured on the spot by using the vibration source load in the depot, and then a refined finite element model of the over-track residence of the depot is established by using ANSYS finite element software. The measured vibration source load is used as input excitation, and the dynamic response of the over-track residence is analyzed. Some conclusions are drawn which can provide some references for the reasonable design of the over-track residence of the subsequent Metro depot.
This paper mainly studies the dynamic response of theover-track residence of Metro depot under the action of train load. The train load belongs to weak vibration, which will not affect the safety of the structure, but will affect the comfort of the people in the building. Therefore, it is very important to accurately analyze the dynamic response law of the over-track residence of Metro depot induced by train.
The results show that the peak value of horizontal vibration acceleration decreases with the increase of floor height, and the peak value of vertical vibration acceleration decreases first and then increases with the increase of floor height; the main frequencies of vibration in the three directions are concentrated between 20Hz and 40Hz, and the peak frequencies are all around 30Hz; the intensity of vibration source has a great influence on the dynamic response of the residence on the upper cover of the Metro depot, and with the increase of the source load, the ground vibration acceleration increases. The dynamic response of the over-track residence of the railway depot increases obviously.
The characteristics of this paper are as follows: as a new type of building organization, the history of the over-track residence of Metro depot is relatively short, and there is little research on this aspect at home and abroad. Therefore, this paper takes the over-track residence of a Metro Depot in Wuhan as the research object, calculates its horizontal dynamic response under the action of train load, and analyses the influence of vibration source strength, floor and other parameters on the over-track residence of Metro depot.
