摘  要：在建筑工程领域，质量是一个永恒的主题，它是建筑行业进步的基石，是建筑企业发展的动力。工程项目质量的好坏与人们的生产生活密切相关，它关系到建设单位的投资效益，关系到建筑企业的生存与发展，所以质量控制至关重要。本文在研究建筑工程质量控制基本方法和理论的基础上，从建筑企业的角度出发，并结合工程实例—“江南•幸福里”项目对质量控制问题进行了探讨。本文的主要内容包括：简述了国内外研究现状和研究意义等；对影响工程质量的因素和质量控制的一般方法，进行了论证和分析；理论联系实际，结合工程实例—“江南•幸福里”项目的质量控制程序和模式，对工程质量控制进行了探讨和求证，同时对建筑企业的质量控制工作提出有效的改进建议。

Study on Quality Control of Construction Project
Abstract:In construction engineering, quality is an eternal theme. It is not only the cornerstone for construction industry to achieve progress,but also the driving force for the development of construction en-terprises.The quality of projection is closely related to people's production and life.Moreover, it influenc-es the investment performance of the units undertaking projects,and determines whether  the construction
enterprises can survive in the competitive market.In general, the quality control (QC) is crucial. Based on
the study of basic methods and theories of QC in construction, this paper,considering construction enterpri-se’benefit, mainly discussed QC in construction by providing the example of “Jiangnan Xingfu Li”.The
principle contents of this paper included the following items:it briefly introduced of the current situation and significance of the relevant research at home and abroad,demonstrated and analyzed of the factors that influence the quality of projection and the general methods of QC,explored and proved the QC in construction by analyzing QC procedures and modes in the project of “Jiangnan Xingfu Li”.Meanwhile, the paper provided effective and constructive suggestion for improvement in QC work for construction enterprises.
