摘要
桥梁施工作为施工的高科技工作,其安全质量控制是贯穿整个施工过程中的基本思想。随着社会的不断进步和发展,传统的质量控制管理模式已经不能适应时代要求,需要应用科学的施工安全管理模式,不断提高安全管理水平,真正把安全管理工作做推动和促进桥梁施工质量的进一步发展。桥梁工程施工现场管理对于工程建设质量而言具有极其重要的影响,甚至关系到施工单位能否生存和得到发展壮大。为进一步加快桥梁工程施工现场管理工作的有效实施,桥梁工程施工单位应当以项目为基础落实好各项具体工作,并且强化桥梁工程项目的综合建设工作,持续提升自身的综合管理能力,从而实现桥梁工程经济效益与社会效益的最大化。
要想加强桥梁施工技术,就必须先加强桥梁施工技术中的真空压浆技术。加强桥梁施工技术中的真空压浆技术的措施是:应在压浆之前,先用真空泵抽吸掉预应力孔道中的空气,使得孔道的真空达到负压的0.08mpa值左右,然后在孔道另一端用压浆泵以一定的压力将搅拌好的水泥浆体压入预应力孔道中,并且产生一定的压力。经过加强后的真空压浆施工技术,可以使得孔道内只会存在极少数的空气,也就是说,水泥浆体中就很难形成气泡,而且,孔道内和压浆泵之间的正负压力差,从而大大的提高了孔道内浆体的饱满和密实度。由于,在这水泥浆中有效的降低了水灰比,添加专用的外加剂,也就可以有效的减少了水泥浆体的离析、析水和干硬收缩,同时还可以有效的提高了水泥浆体的强度。
