变速器对于汽车的传动系统异常重要。一辆汽车的油耗怎么样、动力强不强、操纵性好不好都和变速器的性能息息相关。世界在不断进步,汽车设计水平也在不断地提高,变速器的设计趋势为以较小的尺寸和质量传递尽可能大转矩的扭矩,并使传动的过程尽可能的平顺高效本文阐述了一款用于小型suv的手动变速器的设计过程,第二张是关于变速器的整体结构,第三章主要涉及变速器主要参数的选择,第四章主要内容是齿轮的设计和校核,轴的设计与计算在第五章,并完成图纸的绘制。
