Abstract
The pure electric logistics vehicle is a vehicle-powered transport and storage material unit mobile assembly equipment. Also known as electric vehicle logistics vehicles, electric logistics transfer vehicles, electric cargo turnover vehicles. Electric vehicles are zero-emission vehicles powered by onboard power batteries. In recent years, the boom in the development of electric vehicles has risen around the world and has gradually developed in the direction of small-lot commercial production. The development of electric vehicle technology depends on the progress of multi-disciplinary technologies. The problem that needs to be solved in particular is to further improve the dynamic performance, increase driving range, and reduce costs.
Based on some basic parameters of the E40-D pure electric logistics vehicle, this paper studies the drive form of the whole vehicle and the overall layout of the vehicle. For the whole vehicle dynamic matching calculation, the selection of main components. According to the requirement of dynamic performance, the main parameter design and matching calculation of motor power and battery are carried out by using automobile theory, motor and battery related knowledge.
