明深物业是管理我校物业的一个小型公司，其主要负责我校的治安、环境卫生、宿舍、电力、绿化方面的工作。本次开发的系统是对该公司的职工信息进行管理。由于公司的规模比较小，因而其员工数不是很多，内部部门以及各部门的关联不是很紧密，员工结构比较简单，管理的方法和理念也比较简单。本次开发的明深物业职工信息管理系统，从其具体情况出发，围绕职工的基本信息、出勤情况、工资的管理三个主要的方面进行设计；其中也牵涉到了用户的管理，用户权限的控置，以及对数据库的操作，包括数据库的备份与还原。明深物业一共有七个部门，分别是客户服务部、宿舍管理部、品质保障部、绿化部、保安部、机电部、和保洁部；有五类员工，分别是主管、主任、管理员、领班、和普通员工；其工资管理是通过考勤评测来计算和发放的，统计员工的各类考勤信息，并按照自身设定的工资百分比来结算工资。由于公司的规模比较小，故这次设计没有涉及到网络，整个程序只是一个单机应用程序，而本人熟悉的是语言是C++，熟悉的开发工具是Visual C++ 6.0集成开发环境，故本次开发我选择了Visual C++ 6.0作为编译开发环境；数据库的设计也不是很复杂，从操作的简便性和熟悉性考虑，我选择了SQL Server 2005设计和实现数据库。从用户权限的实现，职工信息的录入、修改删除和查询显示以及职工考勤信息的录入和统计到最终的工资计算都达到了预期的目标。

Ming Shen is a small property management company in Changsha university, which dutys are management our university’s security, sanitation, accommodation, electricity, green area. The software, developed this time,is the company's employees information management system. Because of it is a miniature company, so it don’t have a lot of employees, all departments association is not very close, the staffs structure relatively are simple,the management methods and concepts of company are simple also. The Ming Shen employees information management system for employees, include management the employee's basic information, attendance, wages; which also involves the user management and control user rights, backup and restore databases. Ming Shen company has seven departments, include the customer service department, dormitory management department, quality security department, greening department, security department, electrical department, mechanical services department, and the cleaning department. Ming Shen company has five types employee, charge, director, administrator, foreman, and general staff. The wage of staffs is associate with the attendance, and set wages according to attendance statistic. Ming Shen is a small company, so the design did not involve with the network, and the whole process is just a stand-alone application. I am family with C++, and the tools is Visual C + + 6.0 integrated development environment, so I chose Visual C + + 6.0 as the compiler development environment. Because of database design is not very complex, and the operation is simply, I chose SQL Server 2005 for database design. The design of user’s rights, staff’s information, input, modify and delete, and query and display employees attendance information and wage are to achieve the prospection. [资料来源：www.THINK58.com]
