机动车辆档案管理系统的设计与实现

摘  要
近年来，随着企业彼此间的竞争日趋激烈，信息技术在企业的发展中占据着越来越重要的地位。在汽车销售企业中，车辆档案管理已成为企业营运过程中不可或缺的一部分，为管理者进行管理决策和进行各种经营活动提供了重要的依据。车辆档案管理是汽车销售企业软件系统的基础，只有输入车辆及客户的基本档案资料后，才能进行后续的费用，保险，事故等方面的管理。而目前已有的车辆档案管理系统中，部分存在着客户端操作复杂，数据库安全性不高的问题。因此，给档案管理员的工作造成了诸多不便和重复操作。
本文采用基于Web的asp.net技术，并与sql server 2000数据库相结合，研发了一套车辆档案管理系统。该系统扩展性好，易于维护。简化了车辆档案设计流程，去除了冗余信息。汽车销售企业可以通过本系统完成整个销售及售后所有档案的信息化管理，轻松的完成添加，查询及维护等工作。 因此将发挥计算机的庞大的存储空间，高性能的处理能力，高度可靠的数据安全，清晰的可视化数据等这些优势让企业对车辆档案进行管理，实现了计算机资源的合理利用，真正实现了减少劳动力提高劳动质量的目的。

Abstract
In recent years, along with the business enterprise the competition of each other is gradually vigorous; the information technique occupies the more and more important position in the development of the business enterprise. In automobile sell business enterprise, the vehicle files management has become one necessary part of the business enterprise operation process, provides the important basis for the governor to carry on the management decision and carried on various management activities. The vehicle files management is the foundation of the automobile sale business enterprise software system, only after feeding the basic file data of the vehicle and customer, then can carry on the follow-up expenses, insurance, the trouble of management etc. But in the vehicle files management system currently, the part exist problems that the customers carry the operation complications and database safety is not high. This literary grace adopts the Web technique of asp.net, together with the Sql server 2000 databases, develops a set of vehicle file management system. This system expands sex good, be easy to the maintenance. It simplifies the vehicle files design process; do away with the redundancy information. The information-based management of all files can complete the whole sale and after the automobile sale business enterprise sell through this system, complete the works easily, such as increase search and maintenance etc. Therefore see advantages such as the huge and saving space of the exertive calculator, the high ability of the performance processing, high dependable data safety, and clear to turn the data etc. to let business enterprise carried on the management by the vehicle files, carry out the exploitation of the calculator resources reasonably. It really carries out the purpose of decreasing the labor force and exaltation the quantity of the labor.

系统功能简介
车辆档案管理主要有车辆购车档案，维修档案，车辆年检记录，车辆档案评估四大功能

流程图简介：客户在购车完成，并交纳相关费用办理相关事宜之后，接下来就是车辆档案管理系统的任务了。首先输入车辆的基本档案信息，并且建立车辆维修档案和车辆年检档案。在后续工作中，车辆管理系统的任务就是在遇到相关任务时，对系统进行相应的添加、查询、维护等工作，并且可完成对车辆的评估工作。每次对档案进行改动，数据库中的数据都要得到相应的修改。在档案达到销毁日期时，清除数据库的有关记录（一般档案保留到评估车辆达到法定报废年限为止。）

车辆档案流程
进入车辆档案管理系统，首先，选择用户身份。如果是普通管理员身份，则可以进行车辆购车档案，维修档案，车辆年检档案的各种操作，也可以进行车辆评估。如果是系统管理员身份则不但具有普通管理员的权限，还可以查看系统中所有登录用户的信息。如果用户名和密码正确则可以进入到欢迎界面，通过功能菜单进行相应的操作了。

车辆购车档案基本流程
                      
流程图简介：车辆购车档案是车辆档案管理的基础，只有先输入和存储车辆的基本信息才能为将来的维护管理打下基础。客户如果在可退期内退货，则要清除在数据库中的相应记录。如果车辆信息有所改动也要对数据库进行修改。档案管理人员的日常工作就是对档案进行维护。最终在档案达到销毁年限时，清除数据库中的记录信息。如果没有到达销毁年限，则继续保存着相应记录，并继续维护直到被销毁。
