基于STM32车牌识别系统的设计(论文12000字)
摘要:伴随着社会发展,日益增多的车辆使得交通管理问题已经不容忽视。因此,运用车牌识别技术已然会成为解决道路交通管理问题不可或缺的一步。本文以 STM32 单片机为主控芯片来进行最小系统的设计,采用OV7670摄像头采集图像,用TFT显示屏模组构建显示系统。该设计主要采用keil软件编程实现手持车牌识别系统。通过编写程序进行二值化,分析横向纵向跳跃点达到车牌识别与定位的目的,最后通过字符分割和字符匹配完成整个系统的设计,并给出相应测试结果。

Lisence Plate Recognition System Design
Abstract: along with the social development, the increasing number of vehicles makes the traffic management problem can not be ignored. Therefore, the application of license plate recognition technology has become an indispensable step to solve the problem of road traffic management. In this paper, STM32 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip to design the minimum system. The image is collected by OV7670 camera and the display system is constructed by TFT display module. The design mainly USES keil software programming to realize the handheld license plate recognition system. By writing a program for binarization, analyzing the horizontal and vertical skip points to achieve the purpose of license plate recognition and positioning, and finally through the character segmentation and character matching to complete the whole system design, and give the corresponding test results [资料来源:http://think58.com]
