在实时检测和自动控制的单片机应用系统中，单片机往往是作为一个核心部件来使用，仅单片机方面知识是不够的，还应根据具体硬件结构，以及针对具体应用对象特点的软件结合，加以完善。为了实现交通道路的管理,力求交通管理先进性、科学化。本文讨论了目前城市交通灯的不足，进而提出一款高效率的交通灯控制方式，根据当前路面交通车辆的多少，确定车辆在这一轮通行时间中全部通过所需要的时间，以保证在一轮内到达的车辆不必因为通行时间已减为零而等到下一轮通过，从而提高了十字路口的通行效率。当如消防车、警车等需要紧急通过的车辆到来时，则使所有灯置为红灯，从而使其快速通过。本系统结构简单、可靠性高、实用性强且扩展性强。

In order to realize the management of the traffic route, strive to make traffic administration more advanced and scientific。This paper discusses the deficiency of present city traffic light，thereby puts for word an high efficiency traffic light control mode.According to the current number of vehical，it is known the time when vehical arrived in this round all pass by will need，so that make sure all the vehical pass by，it is unnecessary to wait for next traffic round because of this traffic time round is out. While urgent vehical arriving，such as fire engine or police wagon，all traffic lights are put to be red in order that they can pass by quickly. Consequently，the mode improves the efficiency of traffic. This systerm is featured by simple structure, good reliability and satisfactory practicability., and can be expanded easily.
